Judging Process:

There will be two rounds of judging. The first round of judging will be held from Oct. 1 to Oct. 14 that the Awards Committee will provide each judge with a package of entrant materials for scoring at home. The six to eight highest-scoring entries will be selected into a shortlist of entering the second round of judging.

In the second round of judging, which is scheduled for Nov. 14-16, the members of the judge panel will gather together to determine the category winners - Gold, Silver, Bronze and Finalist. However, the Best of Show winner will be selected from among the Gold category winners.

The judge panel will ensure each entry is evaluated on it own merit, concept and execution, regardless of culture or point of origin.

Judges will abstain from voting on works entered from their immediate agencies as well as works they do not understand because of cultural differences.
